Qunshan Foundry has been ISO9001 certified and BSI KITEMARK licenced since 2001 and ISO14001 certified since 2004, leading the way achieving three certificates in the industry throughout the country.
Qunshan Foundry possesses two sets of automatic molding line: Japan Sinto FBO-III Horizontal parted flaskless injection automatic molding line and Well Vertical parted flaskless injection automatic molding line. Auxiliary facilities include melting [3 medium frequency furnaces (2 tons/hour/set)], carrying, sand mixing and shot-blasting machines etc. In addition, we own two manual molding workshop covering 2000 sq.m, and melting [2 cupola furnaces (3 tons/hour/set)], sand mixing and shot-blasting machines etc.
